Terms & Conditions

Version 1.1.0 · Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using My Football Analysis (“MFA”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MFA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. MFA does not offer parental-consent registration for users under 16 at this time.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You may delete your account from your Profile. Coach owners must transfer team ownership before deletion where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse MFA, including harassment, attempting to access other users’ data without authorisation, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the service.

5. Ratings and team data

  • Skill and match ratings in MFA are subjective and intended for player development and team discussion — not professional scouting advice.
  • Ratings may be visible to teammates and coaches within your team context, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Peer reviewers are not shown as named authors to other users for anonymous review flows.

6. Intellectual property

MFA, its branding, and software remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

7. Beta phase

MFA is currently offered in a beta (limited rollout) phase while the platform is being introduced to users. During this phase, the service may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change without prior notice.

  • Features, availability, and performance may vary. Some functionality may be added, modified, suspended, or removed as we develop and refine the platform.
  • Interruptions, errors, delays, or unintended behaviour (“hiccups”) may occur, including temporary unavailability, display issues, or loss of unsaved data.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during the beta phase.
  • We may reset, migrate, or correct data where reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service during rollout.

By using MFA during the beta phase, you acknowledge these limitations and accept that your use is at your own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law.

When MFA exits the beta/testing phase, we will update these Terms & Conditions to reflect the stable release. Material changes will be indicated by an updated version number, as described in Section 9 below.

8. Disclaimer

MFA is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Participation in sport carries inherent risk; MFA does not guarantee match outcomes, fitness, or injury prevention.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number; continued use after notice may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

Updates relating to the end of the beta phase may include revised service commitments, availability, and liability provisions.
